At Quasar Laser Services (QLS), we strive to be a premier laser service provider that improves our service to our customers through leadership, diversity, and a collaborative approach to discovery and innovation in laser service. Our commitment to you is to provide high-quality, low-rate parts and services from professional laser engineers.
QLS will define how maintenance, repair, and cost in the healthcare system will be by providing customers with reduced downtime through the maintenance of safe and dependable lasers at a price that helps everyone pay it forward.
How it Began
QLS was formed out of frustration with being pressured by laser manufacturers into signing highly inflated service contracts, medical providers and professionals began reaching out to QLS’s owner, Javan Cronkite. From these intense manufacturing pressures, costs, and repair demands, Quasar Laser Services was born.
QLS knew that we had to be different. We view our customer relationships as a symbiotic where one helps another. Together, we do our part to stop the rising cost of new equipment parts and repairs to help healthcare costs overall.
We are a proud member of Ifixit.org. Through these groups, we work with qualified and trusted medical companies all over the nation who support the right to repair, locate quality parts and save money on maintenance services.
